എകെജിസിടി അംഗങ്ങളുടെ സർവീസ് വിഷയങ്ങൾ വിവിധ ഓഫീസുകളിൽ നിന്നും സമയബന്ധിതമായി പരിഹരിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്നതിനുള്ള ഇടപെടൽ നടത്തുന്ന സംഘടനാ സംവിധാനമാണ് സർവീസ് സെൽ. യൂണിറ്റ് സെക്രട്ടറിയ്ക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്ന അംഗങ്ങളുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ ജില്ലാസെക്രട്ടറി വഴി സർവീസ് സെല്ലിൽ എത്തുകയും പരിഹാരം ഉണ്ടാവുന്നതിനുള്ള കൃത്യമായ ഇടപെടൽ നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
